1  Key Provisions

The terms and conditions set out in this document apply to all services on the abc4 platform — including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games and other gaming services. Users must comply with the following:

5  Welcome Bonus Terms

abc4 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive and withdraw this bonus:

• To receive the bonus, you must select the bonus option on your first deposit after registration.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• abc4 determines which games are eligible toward meeting the wagering requirement — not all games may contribute equally.
• Another bonus offer cannot be added while a bonus offer is currently active.
• In cases of bonus abuse (such as account syndicates or arbitrage betting), the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• abc4 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program and Cashback

abc4's VIP program has 4 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is based on active and regular play. Cashback benefits apply subject to the conditions set for each tier.

7  Prohibited Activities

abc4 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automation software or any artificial means.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts (Bonus Abuse).
• Harming the platform through coordinated activity or syndicates.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing abc4 staff or attempting to deceive them with false information.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing or any other form of cyber attack.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, abc4 will immediately close the account, forfeit the associated balance and report to law enforcement agencies if necessary.

abc4 always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, abc4 will not be liable in the following situations:

• If service is disrupted due to internet or mobile network issues.
• For issues related to third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• For losses caused by negligence in handling user account information.
• For unforeseen natural disasters, government directives, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• For issues arising from software errors on the part of game providers.

In the event of any loss, abc4's maximum liability will be limited to the actual (excluding bonus) deposit amount in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
